But on the bright side, it made me seem less manja and more independent, well at least from my parents' perspective. I got all the "hahh, boleh pun tahan tak balik!" or "see, it's not that bad.." etc but I still got "rindu mama dah ke.. mama pun rindu ha!" and "tak miss my armpit?" (my dad) that got me all teary. Sigh. Have to grow stronger.
Spending the weekend here also means lots of laundry for me, all piled up inside the laundry basket, waiting to be washed. It's okay, I'll just bring them all home and yeah let the washing machine work its magic.
We have got a new company running the laundry service, and I can say that they are reasonably good. We can now send for dry cleaning and ironing! The limit is still the same, 6 clothing items at once. Still not enough for me. The week has been good, despite all the mengada calls to my mum, endless tweets to my sister Hanis. I AM HOMESICK!
Anyway, I'm going to be home for a week for Chinese New Year. I've got my retail therapy sessions planned. Just what I need.. I can't remember the last time I bought an outfit -__- Can't wait to be home and eat good food and sleep on my latex bed..
I have 2 days of classes to go, and yet I don't think I have anything to wear besides the jubah and kebaya. I've worn all of the casual ones throughout the week and they're all unwashed. I guess I'll stick to kebaya, jubah, my AzuraAzwa hairband and my usual shoes. Need some new clothes, seriously -__-
Maybe I'll reconsider the hairband though.. Mikhail called me "dutch lady" first thing in the morning, when I entered the class!
