Blog Description

My Photo
This blog has seen me through my ups and downs. It has seen me through various stages within my teenage years. I was once a 15-year-old struggling to achieve the best for PMR, once an exchange student trying to find her way throughout the journey in Italy, once a girl caught in the middle trying her best to make everything work. Now as I move on to college life, I decided to drag this blog along with me. I hope this blog will stay to accompany me for more years to come. The contents of this blog are absolutely genuine, unless stated being copied from other sites. I write at my own risk. Happy reading.

Super hot sunny day

Last weekend was my first weekend spent in KY. I regretted every second of it because I felt very unproductive! It was a super lazy Sunday and I didn't know what to do because apparently those who stayed back spent their day sleeping, to patch up all the sleepless nights.

But on the bright side, it made me seem less manja and more independent, well at least from my parents' perspective. I got all the "hahh, boleh pun tahan tak balik!" or "see, it's not that bad.." etc but I still got "rindu mama dah ke.. mama pun rindu ha!" and "tak miss my armpit?" (my dad) that got me all teary. Sigh. Have to grow stronger.

Spending the weekend here also means lots of laundry for me, all piled up inside the laundry basket, waiting to be washed. It's okay, I'll just bring them all home and yeah let the washing machine work its magic.

We have got a new company running the laundry service, and I can say that they are reasonably good. We can now send for dry cleaning and ironing! The limit is still the same, 6 clothing items at once. Still not enough for me. The week has been good, despite all the mengada calls to my mum, endless tweets to my sister Hanis. I AM HOMESICK!

Anyway, I'm going to be home for a week for Chinese New Year. I've got my retail therapy sessions planned. Just what I need.. I can't remember the last time I bought an outfit -__- Can't wait to be home and eat good food and sleep on my latex bed..

I have 2 days of classes to go, and yet I don't think I have anything to wear besides the jubah and kebaya. I've worn all of the casual ones throughout the week and they're all unwashed. I guess I'll stick to kebaya, jubah, my AzuraAzwa hairband and my usual shoes. Need some new clothes, seriously -__-

Maybe I'll reconsider the hairband though.. Mikhail called me "dutch lady" first thing in the morning, when I entered the class!

Dutch lady?
